I've been using Gem Wholesale for about a year now, occasionally ordering a significant number of pallets or just once every six months. The process is very straightforward, but it's important to be prepared for the possibility of some items arriving broken beyond repair when purchasing returns. I encountered only one issue, which was not Gem Wholesale's responsibility. The delivery company dropped a pallet from height, but fortunately, the contents were mostly okay, with only a few small items affected. The staff at Gem Wholesale were fantastic in handling the situation, and I couldn't fault them.
